Cheese and Seafood Baked Rice

Wash the rice and put it in a small pot (or bowl) and steam it.

Mix the steamed rice with two spoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt while it is hot.

In another pot, add water, add a little salt and ginger slices to a boil, blanch the shrimp first, then add the clams and mussels, cook until the mouth is slightly opened, and then remove.

Spread the blanched shrimp, clams, and mussels on the mixed rice.
5.
Sprinkle pepper on top and spread mozzarella cheese.

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, wait until the cheese is colored, and then take it out.
