Cheese Bacon Toast
1.
First make a 450g piece of milk-flavored toast, cut out a large section of 2/3 length for use, and discard the remaining 1/3; cut off the slice of toast near the side and use it as a base for use.
2.
As shown in the picture, use a knife to dig out the inside of the toast. Be sure to dig neatly. Only a thin edge of toast is left around; it looks like it's dug
3.
We cut the dug out toast into small pieces; first slice it horizontally into 4 pieces, each piece is cut into 9 pieces; after the cut, a total of 36 small bread cubes
4.
After 50 grams of butter is softened, add 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of French scent, and mix well to form a butter sauce; previously we cut 36 small bread cubes. Nine are discarded. The other 9 are reserved for future use. Spread the butter sauce evenly on the remaining 18 (each bun has at least 4 sides coated with butter sauce. It is better to coat all 6 sides with butter sauce, but it is more difficult to handle). Place the spread bread cubes in a baking tray, put them in a preheated 190 degree oven, middle layer, up and down heat, bake for 8-10 minutes, until the surface is golden. (You can take it out halfway and flip it underneath)
5.
Cut the bacon into small strips, put it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, and bake it on the upper and lower fire for about 5 minutes until cooked; corn kernels, peas, and carrots are blanched with boiling water; then we will start to build our "castle" , Put the "base" cut in step 2 on the bottom, and put the hollow toast on the base upright, and spread a piece of cheese on the inside
6.
Sprinkle some bacon strips and vegetable cubes, neatly place 9 baked small bread cubes, and then spread a slice of cheese, continue to sprinkle some bacon strips and vegetable cubes, and again neatly place 9 baked small bread cubes Piece
7.
Spread the last slice of cheese, sprinkle the remaining bacon strips and vegetable cubes, and arrange the 9 reserved small bread cubes that have not been roasted neatly (the side of each small bread cube is coated with butter sauce)
8.
Spread butter sauce on the surface of the small bread cubes. Put the whole toast on the baking tray, put it in the preheated 165 degree oven, lower the level, and bake for 15-20 minutes; until the surface is golden and crispy; after taking it out, serve it hot
Tips:
1. If you don't want to make your own milk-flavored toast, you can also make this "big meal" by buying the whole package of original toast on the market; but the toast made by yourself is the most delicious;
2. Faxiang is a kind of spice commonly used in western food, if not, it can be omitted;
3. Press 4.5 cloves of garlic into minced garlic and stir it into the butter sauce to make a toast with a very garlic flavor;
4. Cheese slices are available in the dairy section of most supermarkets. Basically, any kind of sliced cheese can be used; in addition, if you use shredded mozzarella instead, the effect is also very good.
