Put the main ingredients (eggs, sugar, salt, milk powder, high powder, milk yeast), except butter, in the bread machine, and then put the butter 20 minutes later. Knead until you pull it out. I forgot to take pictures in this process

After kneading to the expansion stage, you can pull out the hand mask and start fermentation. The fermentation function of my bread machine is one hour. After the end, it will continue to send for 20 minutes, which is 2.5 times the original value.

Divide into two portions, relax for 15 minutes, and round.

Ferment for about 45 minutes. Fermented to 2 times the size. I put it in the oven for fermentation, and put a bowl of hot water underneath. If it's cold, the water will be changed.

Into the middle of the oven, 170 degrees, 25 minutes. Observe at any time, the oven is different, and the temperature must be adjusted by yourself.

Next, make the cheese filling. Stir the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and milk powder evenly. As shown in the picture, the milk should not be too much, or it is too thin and easy to flow out. When you put it, you can put it a little bit, don't put it all at once. You can also put sugar according to your taste

Cut the bread into four, each in two layers in the middle

Put cheese filling in the middle, if you like cheese, you can put more

Also put cheese filling on both sides

Put sweet milk powder on the plate and coat both sides with flour evenly. I use Nestle's milk powder.

The cheese pack is finished, put it in the refrigerator and it tastes better.
Tips:
The bread can be made into two loaves, cut into eight, I made six for this amount of cheese filling. If you like cheese, make more cheese filling. The bread alone is very soft and delicious. I made six cheese packs and put them in the refrigerator for breakfast tomorrow. I ate the other two breads directly. They were too supportive and too soft. I regretted it after eating, so full
