Cheese Baked Mashed Potatoes

Cut potatoes into small pieces with a hob and soak for half an hour to reduce the starch content. Boil it in boiling water for 20 minutes, remove it, add appropriate amount of white sugar, and press it into mud with a spoon as shown in the figure.

Add appropriate amount of whipped cream to increase the milky flavor and mix well with the mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle evenly with chopped basil, personal taste, no need to add.

Mozzarella cheese, cheese that can be pulled.

Bake up and down for 20 minutes after preheating the oven at 180°C and 200°C. Different ovens may be adjusted slightly depending on the actual situation.
