Cheese Baked Rice

Prepare leftover rice and egg mixture.

Stir the egg mixture into the rice first.
3.
Carrots, potatoes, onions and bacon are all finely chopped.

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the onions first.
5.
Fry the bacon slightly.
6.
Put potatoes and carrots and stir fry for 5 minutes.
7.
Add the rice, mix well and stir fry.
8.
Put the rice into the mold and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
9.
Put it in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 6-10 minutes.

Can be cooked in six minutes

Ten minutes is better

The process is the same with the oven, and the time is slightly longer.
