Cheese Baked Seasonal Vegetables

4 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, half a pumpkin, 1 eggplant, 1 potato, 60 grams of cheddar cheese, appropriate amount of crushed pepper, and a few herbs.

Rinse the vegetables well, cut them into thin slices, smash the herbs and place them on the bottom of the baking tray. Place tomatoes, pumpkins, eggplants, potatoes, and cucumbers in the baking tray in turn.

The cheddar cheese is crushed into granules by hand and sprinkled evenly on the vegetables in the baking dish.
