There is a small pot of Kraft cheese powder at home. It has been stored for a long time. If you don’t need it, it will expire and throw it away. I quickly found a recipe and made such a small cookie ball. The cheese tastes very rich~

material:
170g low-gluten flour, 50g Kraft cheese powder, 100g butter, 70g powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp salt"

Cheese Biscuit Balls

1. Add powdered sugar and salt after the butter has softened at room temperature

2. Stir it by hand until roughly uniform

3. Then continue to beat with an electric whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger

4. Add cheese powder

5. Sift in low-gluten flour

6. Mix well until there is no dry powder

7. Squeeze into a long strip with your hands

8. Divide evenly into 18 parts with a scraper

9. Round in turn

10. Then put it on the baking tray

11. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees for about 25 minutes

12. Keep it in a sealed container after being out of the oven

Tips:

1. Manually stir the butter and powdered sugar before whisking to avoid flying powdered sugar;
2. This biscuit dough is relatively dry, not as easy to form a dough like other biscuits, so you need to grasp it with your hands to make it into a strip;
3. Due to the spherical shape used this time, the inner center is not easy to mature. You can simmer in the oven for 10 minutes after baking, and then take it out;
4. Finally, as the old saying goes, the temperature and time setting of the oven is just a reference. It is better to understand the situation of your own oven before making adjustments.
