Cheese Breadsticks

Mix all the ingredients and knead to the dough expansion stage

Prove the dough for 10 minutes

Roll out the dough into thin slices, and spread the mixture of Parmesan cheese powder and olive oil on half of the dough. Fold the other half of the dough over to adjust the shape of the dough. You can roll it out and make it thinner.

Cut into 2cm strips, pull open by hand, twist into a spiral, and place in a baking pan. The spiral shape is easy to unravel during the fermentation process, so you can press it slightly to set the shape when you twist it.

Finally ferment for about 30 minutes, spread light soy sauce on the surface, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes
