Cheese Chicken Corn Pizza (9 Inches)
1.
In addition to butter, pour high-gluten flour, milk, whole egg liquid, salt, fine sugar, and dry yeast powder into the basin in order (note: dry yeast powder cannot touch salt) and noodles.
2.
After the dough is mixed, add the softened butter, continue to knead the dough, and knead the dough evenly.
3.
After the dough is made, it is allowed to ferment warmly, and ferment to two or three times its original size before use.
4.
While the dough is fermenting, fry the pizza base sauce. Put the right amount of butter in the wok, add the chopped onion and the right amount of oyster sauce until fragrant, add tomato sauce, basil leaves, pizza straw, black pepper and stir fry. Add according to personal taste. I personally think that adding more basil leaves, pizza straw, and black pepper is more flavorful. (I use oyster sauce to adjust the salt alone, so I don’t add salt)
5.
Sauce is fried and ready for use
6.
Take out the fermented dough and press it a few times to exhaust, divide it into two doughs, one large and one small, and let them rest on the chopping board for 15 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll the large dough into the shape of a round pizza crust. Put an appropriate amount of butter on the pizza pan, and put the rolled dough into the pizza pan. Roll the small dough into a thin crust, put the cheese strips on the thin crust, roll it up, roll it into a roll, cut the rolled cheese strips into pieces to make enough cheese hearts. Use a fork to make some small holes in the dough.
7.
Fork some small holes in the dough with a fork, and place the cheese hearts.
8.
Spread a layer of fried bottom sauce and pizza sauce.
9.
Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (mozzarella cheese is easy to wire and has a good taste. If you don’t have mozzarella, you can replace it with cheese slices bought in the general supermarket, which is easy to drain.) I don’t have mozzarella cheese at home today. You can only use regular cheese slices instead.
10.
Lay a layer of chicken pieces that are connected to the flesh from the skewers.
11.
Spread a layer of corn and green peas
12.
Spread another layer of onions that have been sautéed beforehand to remove moisture
13.
Spread cheese slices with cheese. (We should use mozzarella cheese strips here. I used cheese slices instead. The texture and drawing are not very good, and it is easy to get water after entering the oven. It is recommended that you prepare mozzarella cheese strips
14.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, up and down, and bake the middle layer for 35 minutes. You can also adjust the upper and lower fire to 210 degrees according to your own oven, and bake the middle layer for 25 minutes. Bake until the cheese is golden on the surface and remove the moisture. Adjust by yourself and watch at any time.
15.
Baked!
Tips:
The pizza sauce is very important to the taste of the pizza. And use good shredded cheese to spread the pizza. Mozzarella cheese is good.
