Cheese Durian Pizza

The durian meat is pressed into a puree with a fork.

The butter melts into a liquid in the microwave.

Pour high-gluten flour, salt, sugar, corn oil, yeast, and knead into a smooth dough.

Put it in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment to double its size.

Take out the fermented dough, flatten it and pat it to exhaust.

Roll into a pancake shape.

Put it in the pizza pan and roll the side slightly into a pie. Then use the fork to poke all the holes.

Brush the crust with butter evenly.

Spread a layer of durian flesh evenly on the bottom of the cake.

Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Spread a layer of durian meat.

Finally, sprinkle full of cheese.

Put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then turn it to 190 degrees and bake it for 15 minutes (coloring). My oven is a bit hotter.
Tips:
1. This recipe is an 8-inch pizza. The portion of the durian meat is more pre-determined. Those who like to eat full durian can no longer add extra portion.
2. The amount of water depends on the water absorption of different brands of flour. Do not pour the weighed water into the flour all at once, but add it slowly. Look at the water absorption of the flour. If it is not enough, add more water appropriately.
3. The temperature of the oven also depends on the habit of each oven. The temperature of my oven is on the high side, so I lowered the temperature.
