Cheese Floss

Pick up the soup of the pig meat and drain the water, a total of 275 grams

Put the cooked pork meat into a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush it

Then tear the minced meat with your hands and pick out the tendons in the pork zhan meat

Start the jam function of the bread machine, and then pour the minced meat into the bread machine bucket

Seasoning: 1 teaspoon peanut oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons coarse sugar

Pour the flavoring material (the sticky sugar in the bowl can be cleaned with some minced meat)

After a jam program is over (1 hour), add 15 grams of Kraft cheese powder and a little salt to taste, then start the jam program again to continue baking, and bake to your favorite color and dry humidity. My second jam program, bake for 40 minutes

Spread the roasted pork floss on the baking tray and cool it to room temperature, then install it and store it in an airtight seal.
Tips:
1. Drain the lean meat from the soup before making the pork floss to reduce the time for frying and drying;
2. After rolling out the lean meat, tear it open again by hand to pick out the pork tendons, and increase the fluffy and even seasoning of the meat;
3. If you don't have a bread machine, you can use a non-stick pan to fry slowly. If you use a bread machine to make meat floss, please choose the jam function;
4. If you don’t have cheese powder, you can skip it or replace it with something else: for example, if you have powder, pepper, etc., choose your own taste~
