Cheese Mashed Potato Spring Rolls

Add water to the potatoes and put them in the microwave for a few minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes, until they can easily pass through with chopsticks

Rinse the skin with cold water, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, use a rolling pin to press into mashed potatoes, diced onion

Cut the ham sausage into small cubes, put in the frying pan, and fry the onion for a fragrant flavor

Add mixed vegetables, ham and appropriate amount of salt

Add some chicken essence and mashed potatoes in a bowl

Put the fried mixed vegetables and ham and stir evenly, often if the taste is weak, add some salt

Add appropriate amount of shredded cheese, add some pepper, black pepper, and stir evenly. Cut the cheddar cheese slices into small strips.

Take a spring roll wrapper, put on cheese mashed potatoes and then put on a cheese stick

Roll it up and put it in the pan

Fry until golden brown on 2 sides, remove it, use kitchen paper to absorb oil
Tips:
If you don't want the cheese flavor to be too strong, don't add the last cheese stick!
