Cheese Omelette

Prepare the ingredients, knock the eggs into the flour

Then pour in clean water and mix evenly. Do not pour in clean water all at once, add slowly until the batter has just the right consistency.

Add the right amount of salt and chicken powder, stir for a while, and then pass the batter through the sieve (so that the batter will become very soft and the fried cake will have a softer texture)

After the butter has melted, pour into the batter, and at the same time tear the cheese slices into pieces, mix well (you can use ordinary vegetable oil instead of butter)

Heat on an electric baking pan, scoop a spoonful of cheese batter into it, wait for one side to fry and turn to the other side to fry it (you can use a frying pan, preferably a non-stick pan)

When turning the other side, don’t fry for too long, it will burn off easily
