Cheese Puffs

Low powder 60g, butter 45g, 3 eggs, 90g milk, 10g sugar (I think it’s too little, not sweet)

Pour milk and butter and sugar into a non-stick pan and heat until all the butter is melted

Pour in low flour and mix well

Turn on a low heat, add egg liquid in portions, and continue adding egg liquid after mixing well each time

The final batter

Put it into a piping bag and squeeze it on the baking tray

Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, put it in the baking tray and bake at 180°C up and down for 20 minutes

This is homemade cheese
