Cheese Sandwich Baking Pan Chicken Cake

Prepare the ingredients

Put the egg whites in the whisk, and put the egg yolks in an oil- and water-free basin

Whisk the egg whites at high speed, add about 60g of powdered sugar when whisking

While whisking the egg whites, pour the milk into the egg yolk paste! Sift the remaining powdered sugar, salt and flour and add them together

Stir into a uniform egg yolk paste

The egg whites are in a dry state and won’t fall off when lifted

Scoop up the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk paste, mixing in the same direction to evenly blend!

Pour half of the batter into the baking pan with greased paper

Put cheese slices on the batter, then pour the remaining batter into the cheese sandwich

You can make some decorations and egg yolk lines on it

Preheat the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes

After the oven is out, put it upside down to remove the grease paper

Cut into pieces and enjoy
