Cheese Thick Egg Braised

Prepare ingredients.

Add salt, white pepper, and cheese powder to the egg.

Add 1 teaspoon of water to fully disperse.

Heat a non-stick pan, brush a little olive oil, and pour a little egg liquid to cover the bottom.

Sprinkle a little black sesame and pork floss when the egg liquid is still not set, slowly roll it up with a spatula from one side, and roll it tightly.

After the roll is finished, push the egg roll to one side, pour in the right amount of egg liquid again, and fry slowly on low heat, be sure to low heat.

Tips:
1. The purpose of adding water to the egg is to make the thick egg-boiled taste more tender. You can also replace it with the same amount of milk, which will taste better.
2. Be sure to have a low heat to avoid frying.
