Cheeseburger (cheeseburger)-succulent and Juicy
1.
Cut hamburger buns in half, slice tomatoes, mince onions, wash and set aside lettuce.
2.
Add an appropriate amount of honey to the salad dressing to make the flavor more rounded.
3.
Add salt, black pepper and Worcester sauce to the ground beef and stir well.
4.
Beat the beef ball until it becomes elastic and press it into a hamburger.
5.
Melt the butter and fry the chopped onions until light golden. Set aside.
6.
Fry the hamburger for 3 minutes on each side, add the cheese slices and cheese, and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
7.
Spread French mustard on the bottom of the hamburger bun and add minced onions.
8.
Spread the lettuce, drizzle the sauce, put on the cheeseburger steak, tomato slices, and cover the top of the burger bun.
Tips:
1. Because the hamburger is thicker and the hamburger has a higher height, it is recommended to use a bamboo stick to fix it before serving it, which is more convenient to eat.
2. The cheese used here is gorgonzola (gorgonzola), which has a strong flavor, and two different tastes will appear when paired with cheese slices; it can be replaced by common blue cheese or mozzarella cheese on the market.
