Spicy Chicken Drumstick Burger

Chicken leg bones and skins, salted sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, paprika, black pepper, marinated for an hour, prepared cornstarch, a beaten egg, and bread crumbs (I used a toaster to toast two slices of bread, Toasted and crunchy, then crumble the bread slices)
