Mix 3 egg yolks with 75 grams of icing sugar.

Mix 3 egg whites with 75 grams of icing sugar.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk.

Beat the egg yolks until they are whitish, add salad oil and beat with a whisk until even.

Mix the whipped egg whites with the whipped egg yolk, then add the sifted low-flour cross knife and mix until the flour is smooth and non-granular.

Add the cheese and minced coconut and mix well.

Put it in the mold.

Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
