Now it’s summer and there is no time to make a pile of noodles, so it’s good to buy freshly made hand-made noodles at the market. Prepare the noodles, bean paste, northeastern soybean paste, minced meat, rock sugar powder, thirteen incense, and water. Let's first make the fried sauce part.

Heat up the oil in the pan and add the minced meat when the oil temperature reaches 6 mature. It is recommended that you buy pork belly with more lean meat. Then fry the minced meat.

The ratio of the sauce to the overall ratio of the meat is 1:1, and the matching of the sauce is Doubanjiang and Dongbei Dianjiang. The ratio is 4:1. If you like the taste of Dongbei Dianjiang, you can add more.

Add a little rock sugar powder. My own ratio is 1/10 of the total weight of minced meat and sauce. If the meat is 500g and the sauce is 500g, then the ratio of sugar is 100g.

Add a small amount of thirteen incense, and chili powder (I personally like to eat more spicy, you can add some, it varies from person to person)

After mixing and frying, add a small amount of water. After the water is boiled, turn to low heat. The meat sauce needs to be simmered for about 15 minutes. During these 15 minutes, stir the sauce frequently, otherwise it will paste the bottom of the pot.
