Cherry Jam Triangle Bag

200g flour, 65g pumpkin puree, 2g yeast, 5g white sugar, 49g warm water are mixed into a soft dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise to twice its size in a warm place.

Knead the dough and knead evenly into long strips, and cut into 36 g-sized ingredients.

Roll into a round piece and put in an appropriate amount of cherry jam, not too much.
