Scallion Knot/Ginger Slices/Pork Belly
Rock Sugar/Red Yeast Rice/Yellow Wine/South Milk

Blanch the pork belly and remove it for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil and add the green onion knots and ginger slices until fragrant.
