There are many versions of cherry meat. The northeastern version I made, of course, is not authentic. Fortunately, children love it. "

Ingredients

Cherry Meat (northeast Edition)

1. Wash the tenderloin, since it is called cherry meat, of course the meat should not be too big, cut into small cubes, about 1.5 cm square

2. Add the sliced meat into the starch paste

3. Grasp even

4. Add some vegetable oil, I added cooked soybean oil. After adding oil, the fried meat is more crispy

5. Grasp even

6. Heat the pan with wide oil, when the oil temperature is about 50% to 60% hot, fry the meat until the surface is slightly yellow and set, remove

7. Heat the oil to 70% hot again, add the meat and re-fry

8. This is fried meat, the surface is very crispy

9. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to a small bowl (tomato sauce is better)

10. Add a little light soy sauce, salt, sugar and white vinegar, mix well and add appropriate amount of water. The mixed juice is about half a bowl (forgot to take pictures)

11. Pour the adjusted juice into the pot, bring it to a boil and taste the taste. If it is not suitable, use sugar and white vinegar to adjust it to a sweet and sour (sweet) taste

12. Cook on medium and low heat until the soup is red and thick

13. Pour in the fried meat

14. Just let the broth coat the meat evenly

15. The finished product is sweet and sour, and it is more popular with children and girls.

Tips:

1. When boiling the juice, you can fry the tomato sauce with oil first, and then add the sweet and sour sauce after the red oil is fried. I just make the juice and cook it together.
2. The sauce I made is still a little bit less, and more, the cooked meat will have a sweeter feeling.
