Cherry Radish in Vinegar

Prepared ingredients.

Wash the cherry radishes and remove the ends.

Place two chopsticks on both sides of the radish, cut the radish until the chopsticks, and cut the radish into thin slices.

The cut radish is intact in appearance, but the inside is flaky.

Add some salt to the processed radishes, mix well and marinate for ten minutes, then squeeze the radishes dry and set aside.

Add 90% radish fruit vinegar.

Tips:
