Chestnut Chicken

Wash the cock, remove the head, butt, and toenails.

Cut into large pieces.

Slice carrots and cut peppers into diamond-shaped pieces.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, and red pepper.

Put oil in a hot pot and cook for six to mature. Put sugar and rock sugar on a low fire.
