Roast Chicken with Mushrooms

The shiitake mushrooms and yuba are soaked in tap water a few hours in advance until soft

Wash the chicken chop and set aside

Cut green pepper into pieces, slice ginger and garlic for later use, wash coriander, and leave a bowl of water for soaking mushrooms
