Chestnut Chicken Porridge
1.
Ingredients: appropriate amount of rice, a little oatmeal, a small piece of chicken breast, 3-4 chestnuts, and a small handful of chicken hair.
2.
Add appropriate amount of water and 3-4 slices of ginger to the pot, put the chicken breast in it, and cook until fully cooked.
3.
Tear the cooked chicken into pieces, and then use a rolling pin to beat it a few times, so that the chicken fibers will become looser, making it easier for your baby to chew and digest.
4.
Chop the loosely beaten chicken into pieces and set aside.
5.
Cook the chestnut, take 3-4 pieces, you can adjust it according to the amount of porridge.
6.
After the chestnut is cooked, break it apart and use a small spoon to dig out the chestnut meat. For the recipe of chestnut puree, please refer to the chestnut puree written before (click here to view)!
7.
Put the chestnut meat in a fresh-keeping bag and press it into a puree shape with a rolling pin (a simple and crude method of processing, very practical, you may wish to try).
8.
Boil the water in the pot and add the chicken hair, remove it when the water boils again. The blanching is to remove the oxalic acid, phytic acid and harmful substances in the vegetable leaves. Don't be lazy and omit it.
9.
After blanching, chop the chicken feathers.
10.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the washed rice and oats, add the chestnut powder when it is about 8 minutes old, stir well, and cook for 2 minutes.
11.
Add the minced chicken, mix well again, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
12.
Sprinkle the chopped chicken feathers before serving.
13.
Add 1-2 drops of sesame oil and taste with a little salt.
It can be out of the pot after stirring evenly.
After the porridge is served, add a spoonful of chestnut powder to garnish, and you can drink it!
Tips:
Chestnuts are abundant in autumn, and the baby eats some in moderation, which is very good for promoting physical development. Although chestnuts are nutritious, babies tend to have bloating if they eat too much. Just keep them in moderation, just a few capsules a day.
