Chestnut Hair Noodles

Pour flour into the inner pot of the cook machine, add yeast, and pour warm water.

Start the 3rd gear and form a dough, leave it for 40 minutes.

The dough is vented out, rounded and divided into small doughs.

Take a dough, roll it into thin slices, and put chestnut filling on it.

Just like a bun, wrap the stuffing, seal and squash, and brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid.

Put the side with the egg liquid face down, put it into the light food machine, brush the side with no egg liquid, and apply a layer of egg liquid, cover and heat for 7 minutes.
Tips:
1. Use warm water to quickly melt yeast.
2. Chestnut fillings are bought ready-made.
3. Brush a layer of egg wash, the color will look better. If the degree of coloring is not satisfactory, you can add another 1-2 minutes.
