Chestnut Small Meal Buns

Put sugar and salt diagonally, add chestnut puree and water

Add eggs and yeast

Add the flour, stir a little, start the bread maker

Add softened butter after a program in the bread machine

Membrane is not required to make meal packs, just like this is enough. After the dough is rounded, cover with plastic wrap and ferment. I always cook it in the refrigerator at night and bake it the next day

Take out the dough and vent, divide into 16 portions

Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes

After relaxing, shape it into a baking tray for 2 fermentations

Brush the egg mixture, put it in a preheated oven at 180℃ and bake for 15 minutes

Tips:
The tight amount of water is a reference, depending on the water absorption of the flour
