Chestnut Three Cup Chicken

1. Chop two chicken legs into small pieces.

2. Peel the chestnuts.

3. Slice ginger and green onion into sections.

4. Boil a pot under cold water.

5. Heat a pan with cold oil, add the sliced ginger and green onion to a low heat and stir fragrant.
