Ever since I ate the wowotou made by my son’s classmate’s mother, I have never forgotten it. I just happen to have chestnuts at home, so let’s do it now.

Chestnut Wowotou

1. Shell and remove the chestnut

2. Then steamed in a pot

3. Put the chestnuts, milk and sugar into the food processor and beat them into a paste

4. Pour flour, cornmeal, and yeast into the bowl

5. Pour in the milk paste

6. Knead into a dough, proof for half an hour

7. Then divide into small groups of about 30 grams

8. Take a small group of about 30 grams, put it on your finger, and make it into a socket.

9. Put it in the pot, let it stand for 30 minutes, and steam for about 20 minutes.

10. It's out

Tips:

Note: Best when hot
