Chestnuts with Jujube Juice

Wash fresh chestnuts,

Use scissors to cut a word or cross at the top of the chestnut, not too deep.

Boil a pot of boiling water, pour the chestnuts into the pot after the water boils,

Boil for 2 minutes, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

The stewed chestnuts are bathed and immersed in cold water.

Pick up the shells one by one.

Peel off in turn.

Put the hulled chestnuts into a container, add clean jujubes, pour honey and appropriate amount of water, and soak the jujube.
