Chi Xiang Kelp Shreds

Soak the dried kelp shreds in water (about 2 hours), pour water into the pot, add the shredded kelp, and pour two tablespoons of white vinegar.

Bring to a boil on high heat, change to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, then remove the shredded seaweed

Pour clean water in the pot, put an appropriate amount of refined salt, and the water shall be subject to the kelp shreds.

Pour in a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Add a tablespoon of sugar.

Add the shredded seaweed boiled in white vinegar, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, and collect the juice on high heat.

Put the boiled kelp shreds in a clean container and add some sesame oil.

Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and mix well.
Tips:
1. Seaweed shreds can be cooked in white vinegar to get rid of the fishy smell.
2. The boiling time of kelp can be increased or decreased according to your taste and preference.
