Chia Seed Lemon Drink

Prepare ingredients: chia seeds, lemon, sugar, honey, mint leaves and ice cubes

Rinse the chia seeds with a small strainer and pour them into the cup; and put the sugar in the cup.

Pour in half a cup of boiling water and stir well.

When the water is warm, add honey.

When the water is completely cold, squeeze in the lemon juice and stir well.
Note: Soak the chia seeds for a while, half an hour, or longer to let them expand completely and produce more slippery film.

Add ice cubes, lemon slices and mint leaves to each cup.
Tips:
1. It is ok to use all honey without sugar, or use all sugar without honey. Sugar is also a good material for heatstroke prevention and cooling.
2. The amount of material does not need to be too precise to adjust the taste you like.
3. Soak the chia seeds for a while, half an hour, or longer to let them expand completely and produce more slippery film.
