Chiba Tofu Pot

Put peanut oil in the pan, fry the Chiba tofu on both sides, serve and set aside

Wash enoki mushrooms and cut off the roots, then cut into two pieces

Slice the pork belly, shred the green onion and ginger, put peanut oil in the pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry, stir-fry for a while, stir out the lard

Add enoki mushrooms and stir fry, add soy sauce and simmer for about 8 minutes

Then add the fried Chiba tofu and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes
6.
Add in the green garlic sprouts at the end.
