Wash the sausage with warm water, steam it for 15 minutes, then take out the slices

Add the sausage and a little cooking wine

Return the fried tofu to the pan, add a spoonful of tempeh chili paste and 10 ml of light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly

Tips:
1. Steam the sausage and cook it for better taste, add it to the pot and stir-fry it;
2. If you don’t eat spicy food, you can change the spicy sauce with soy sauce, and add a little sugar at the end to increase the flavor of the dishes;
3. The tempeh sauce also has a salty taste. Finally, try to season it with light soy sauce. The taste is already very delicious. I did not add chicken essence.
