Chicken and Fish Hot Pot

1. Grass carp, cut into pieces, add green onion, ginger and salt to marinate for 20 minutes

2. Chicken chopped into pieces

3. Put the chicken nuggets into a pot with cold water, boil it and cook for 5 minutes to wash away the blood and other dirt

4. Put oil in the frying pan, add the marinated fish pieces and fry on medium heat

5. Turn over and continue to fry until both sides are browned

Tips:

The fish must be fried first, and then stewed, it is especially delicious; the chicken nuggets should be boiled first, washed to remove the dirt and then fried, so that you can rest assured; the thick soup is the key, and the soup is more flavorful.
