Chicken and Potatoes

Chop the washed chicken ginger and diced potatoes.

After the chicken nuggets are over water, sauté with ginger until fragrant and set aside.

Saute the pepper, ginger, garlic, bean paste, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves in hot oil until fragrant.

Pour the chicken pieces and stir fry evenly.
5.
Pour in the cut potato pieces.
6.
Add hot water to a boil and simmer it over low heat (please give enough water all at once).
7.
Collect the juice over a high fire (if you like soup, don't drain the water, you can give some pepper).
8.
Sprinkle some coriander to garnish.
