Chicken Breast Cheese Quiche

Beat three eggs, add salt and pepper and stir well.

Prepare Parmesan cheese or other cheeses. I haven’t tried fresh cheese, but I’m afraid not...

Prepare chicken breast/ham/turkey/beef ham.

Heat the oil and turn to low heat. Spread the egg mixture evenly in the pan and fry until the surface is almost solidified.
5.
Spread the chicken breast and cheese.
6.
Close the omelet in half and continue frying for less than 1 minute before it can be out of the pan.
7.
Drizzle with tomato sauce after serving.
8.
Cut the omelet and you can see the chicken wrapped in melted cheese~
Tips:
You can close the egg rolls directly with a shovel, or close the pan. In fact, if you are skilled (lazy), the whole dish can be completely without a shovel.
