Chicken Chestnut Soup

Wash the chicken, put it in a pot, add water and ginger slices, boil and blanch it, remove and rinse. The chicken in the picture is blanched.

Put the chicken, ginger and red dates into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add water, put it in the rice cooker, select the soup program for 2 hours

Add the chestnuts when the soup has been cooked for 1 hour. When the heat preservation button of the rice cooker is adjusted, add wolfberry and salt to taste

Fill it with a bowl and start eating.
