Chicken Chop Sandwich

Thaw the wing roots in advance and remove the bones.

Tips:
1. You can replace the wing roots with chicken thighs. I just use this because I just have wing roots at home. If it is troublesome to remove the bones, you can also use chicken breasts directly, but the chicken thighs are relatively tender.
