Chicken Chop Sandwich

1. Thaw the wing roots in advance and remove the bones.

2. Loose the meat with the back of the knife.

3. Add 2g of salt, barbecue ingredients, ginger strips, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and dark soy sauce.

6. Preheat the oven at 210 degrees, up and down + hot air convection 200 degrees, 20 minutes.

7. Put all the flour into the bread machine and add 1g of salt.

8. Put the white sugar into the measuring cup.

9. Add 50ml of water to melt.

10. Pour the liquid into the flour.

11. Put the yeast in. (I made the yeast myself. You can also use yeast powder directly.)

12. Start the first dough-making procedure.

14. Put in butter that has softened at room temperature, and make the dough for the second time.

15. After the procedure is over, the hand mask can be put on.

16. Ferment in a warm place to double its original size.

17. Take out the dough to exhaust.

18. Divide into three doughs and let rest for 20 minutes.

19. Roll out one of them.

20. Fold back on both sides and continue rolling.

21. Roll it up from top to bottom, squeeze at the end, and spray a little water for better adhesion.

22. Put everything in the toast box.

23. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and put it in the toast box for two servings.

24. Ferment to 7-8 minutes full.

25. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, the upper and lower fire + hot air convection 180 degrees, 45-50 minutes. Take out the baked toast and let it cool.

26. Prepare other ingredients, wash the lettuce; chop the cabbage into thin strips, stir well with a little salad dressing and black pepper; take the chicken out; cut the toast into thin slices; cut the tofu into thin slices and fry until golden on both sides.

27. Place the ingredients little by little on the bread and squeeze a little ketchup.

Tips:

1. You can replace the wing roots with chicken thighs. I just use this because I just have wing roots at home. If it is troublesome to remove the bones, you can also use chicken breasts directly, but the chicken thighs are relatively tender.
