Chicken Curry: Colorful and Delicious

Remove the bones from the chicken legs, chop and wash.

Prepare green peppers, red peppers and onions.

Wash the green peppers and red peppers and cut into pieces, peel off the skin on the onions, wash and cut into shreds.

Heat oil in a wok, add shredded onions, and fry them until they are fragrant.

Add curry cubes and stir-fry over medium-low heat.

Tips:
Boiled water is okay if there is no chicken broth, a small amount or no less salt is acceptable, because the curry block itself has enough flavor.
