Chicken Curry Pasta

Prepare the ingredients. Remove the tendons and fat from the chicken breast. Wash it well. If there is no chopped red onion, you can replace it with a little fried onion.

The chicken breast is broken into 2 portions from the middle, so that the thickness of the chicken is 1.5cm, so that it is easy to cook and tastes good when frying.

Mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce with 1 gram of salt into a sauce, and pour it evenly on the chicken breast. After massaging the chicken breast with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to let the chicken breast taste delicious.

I use chicken breasts fried in an empty frying cup. If it is a normal frying pan, apply a little oil on the bottom, put the chicken breasts on the plate, start the grilling mode, and fry at 180 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

When you see the chicken underneath start to change color, turn it over and fry it for another 3 minutes.

Then turn the temperature to 160 degrees, and then turn it over and fry it until it is cooked. In an ordinary frying pan, turn it over and fry on a low heat.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the pasta and olive oil, add a little salt, boil for 8 minutes on high heat, and remove the pasta.

In another pot, pour half a bowl of water and curry cubes, boil over high heat to form a sauce, try the saltiness of the sauce
