Chicken Drumstick Soup with Tea Tree Mushroom

Ingredients: chicken legs (washed and blanched), tea tree mushrooms (soaked)

Clean the roots of the soaked tea tree mushrooms and remove them.

Next, put the blanched chicken drumsticks and cleaned tea tree mushrooms into the pressure cooker, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of salt.
