Chicken Feet in Vinegar
1.
Wash the chicken feet and add a little white wine to remove the fishy. Add water to the chicken feet and cook for about ten minutes (the chicken feet I bought are a bit old) if they are tender, it is not recommended to cook for so long.
2.
After cooking, remove the pure water and rinse it with water continuously until it has completely cooled down. (For the sake of food safety, it is not recommended to directly flush the water from the faucet)
3.
Use scissors or a knife to remove the nails.
4.
Divide the chicken feet into two, so that the marinating will be more delicious and not take a long time. The whole marinating can be longer, which can be determined by personal preference.
5.
Cut the garlic and chili into cubes. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili.
6.
Add the seasoning and stir well, marinate for one night and eat the next day.
7.
The taste is still good, I stole two when I posted the picture 😄😄
