Chicken Feet in Vinegar Lemon

Pour the aged vinegar light soy sauce and rock sugar into the pot, cook on medium heat until the rock sugar is completely melted, turn off the heat and let it cool for later use.

After cutting off the nails and washing the chicken feet, put cold water in a pot over medium-low heat and cook.

Take out the cooked chicken feet and rinse them in cold tap water for 3 to 5 minutes. Soak the chicken feet in ice water for 10 minutes to remove the dried water. This step cannot be saved, otherwise the chicken feet will not be crispy.

Tips:
Qingye Sui Sui Nian: 1. When cooking chicken feet, you must control the time. After cooking for a long time, the skin of the chicken feet will be broken and it will not look good.
2. The cooked chicken feet must be rinsed with running water to remove the glue on the outside of the cooked chicken feet. Remember to soak in ice water after flushing.
3. The chicken feet soaked in ice water should be cut in half, and then soaked in vinegar sauce, it will be more delicious, I forgot to cut it myself.
4. You don't need to add too much lemon slices. I added 5 slices and it is very fragrant.
