Chicken Feet Soup with Angelica and Red Dates

Prepare all the ingredients: chicken feet, angelica, red dates, lotus seeds, lilies, rice wine.

Soak the pitted red date slices for a while and wash them.

Wash the core lotus seeds, wash the lily, and throw them into the soup pot with the red dates and angelica.

Boil the chicken feet in boiling water for a while. (Remove excess oil and impurities and peculiar smell)

Pick up and rinse with clean water.

Tips:
Red dates must be removed from the date nucleus, which is hot. Whole or flakes will do. The lotus seed core is very cold and has a bit bitter taste, so it should be removed. The chicken feet are cleaned and then blanched to remove grease and clean more thoroughly.
