Chicken Feet with Lemon Wild Pepper

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, chop them in half, soak and clean them.

Put the chicken feet in cold water and prepare some peppercorns.

Bring to a high heat, change to medium and low heat, remove the blood foam, and cook for seven minutes.

Mince wild pepper, shred ginger and garlic into slices.

After the chicken feet are cooked, rinse them off again with cold water (mine is clean water, you can use ice water again).

After the chicken feet have cooled thoroughly, drain the water.

Add lemon slices and half a lemon juice.

Add all the condiments in the accessories, the taste is very fresh and don't have too much, otherwise the color will be very unsightly.

Stir well.

Put it in an airtight box, put it in the refrigerator overnight, and turn it over several times in the middle.
