Chicken Feet with Pickled Peppers

Cut off the nails on the chicken feet with scissors, then chop the chicken feet into 2 sections and clean them with running water

Cut the green onion into small pieces, and chop the garlic as you like; put enough water in the boiling pot, put the onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, pepper and cinnamon into the water together

After the water is boiled, put in the cleaned chicken paws. After it boils again, change the heat to a low heat for 15 minutes and turn off the heat; remove the chicken paws and rinse them under running water

Pour the wild pepper and chili soup into the fresh-keeping box, add salt and sugar, and then put the chicken paws in evenly distributed

Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 day to taste
