A porridge suitable for babies. Chicken liver supplements calcium and blood, spinach supplements iron. It's smashed in a rice cooker, and the child likes to drink it.

Ingredients

Chicken Liver and Spinach Porridge

1. Mix two kinds of rice, wash and soak for 10 minutes

2. Pour into the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water to start the porridge cooking process

3. Cooked chicken liver, cut into small cubes

4. Peel the carrots and cut into small dices

5. Put the spinach in boiling water and blanch it, remove the cold water and cut into pieces

6. Pour the diced carrots when the rice porridge is left for 3 minutes and cook

7. When the last 1 minute is left, pour in spinach leaves and chicken liver and cook until the end is complete

Tips:

Spinach contains oxalic acid and must be boiled before eating
